6 large Potatoes - peeled diced and boiled
1 bunch Chives - chopped
1 bunch Mint - picked and chopped
200 ml Sour Cream
200 ml Hollandaise sauce
4 sticks Celery
2 Onions - peeled, cut in to large dice and roasted with olive oil for 20 min.
