This dish has a delicious and unusual flavors that tastes divine and will surprise your dinner party guests when you tell them what is in it.
Serve with Vegetable Couscous and a crisp salad.
4 breast Corn fed Chicken
2 Lemons - juiced
6 cloves Garlic
1 bunch fresh Thyme
1 bunch fresh Rosemary
4 Tea bags ( 5 if you fancy a cup, English breakfast works well )
1/2 L boiling water
8 table spoons Hommus
4 table spoons Taboulie salad
4 table spoons Natural Yogurt with fresh mint chopped in it.

Make the marinade by pouring the hot water over the tea bags and adding the Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme and Lemon juice. Add the Chicken breasts and place in a container in your refrigerator for 48 hrs or over night if you are short of time the flavor's need to pass through into the Chicken for this dish to work !
When you are ready to cook the chicken remove it from the Tea marinade and dry gently with absorbent kitchen paper. Seal the Chicken in a hot pan, both sides of the breast for 2 minutes then place in a preheated oven for 12 minute's, remove and allow too rest for a few moments prior to serving.
Garnish with the Houmus, Taboulie and Mint Yogurt in that order and serve with Couscous or vegetables of you choice.
